Love F45 and all the coaches are great! Shout out specifically to Jonathan! He's so helpful each class, whether it's helping me improve my form or modifying and providing alternatives if needed. He also pushes and encourages you and genuinely wants to see you succeed, which makes getting through those harder classes that much easier!
Just want to say that I’ve been coming here for almost a year and the coaches are great! Jonathan is by far my favorite coach since my very first class, he’s so knowledgeable and helps with form and alternating exercises for an old injury of mine. He’s great at providing tons of encouragement and support, without it ever feeling disingenuous. Thank you F45 for helping me achieve my goals!
Amazing coaches that are so helpful and encouraging and always ready to challenge you or help make adjustments. I love that the workouts are always different so you never get bored, and the facility is awesome with great parking! As if that's not enough, they also have an amazing cold plunge and sauna for recovery that I've been using after almost every class!
Had a great time at F45 Liberty Station! 💪🏽 Coaches were awesome, super welcoming and made the Saturday West Hollywood session super fun! I visited as a passport member - studio is super clean, and one of only a select number of locations globally to have a suite of Recovery services! Highly recommended taking a drop in of their commercial cold plunge, and some soothing sweat sessions in their Infrared Sauna!!! 🔥🧊🫶🏼 If you haven’t checked this studio out in Point Loma, you’ve got to get over there soon!
