I love F45 Legacy Trails. The workouts are always changing so you never get bored. The community here keeps you excited to workout every day. The coaches were so helpful post surgery and had my best interests in mind. They knew exactly how to cater the workout to exercises that were safe for me to do. I am forever grateful for this gym!
