Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, first and foremost! You can tell they love what they do. The classes are circuit-style/HIIT, and no class is the same! Some days focus on strength, others cardio, and even hybrid classes- There is something for everyone. Beginner friendly as you can always ask for a modification. I really love it hear, it’s very reasonably priced for what you get and there’s no contract. Looking forward to being a long- time member.
I passported at this location while I was in Laredo for work. The workout was great energy w/ good vibes and everyone was kind. One of the employees also provided me some wonderful recommendations for some local meals to get while I was in town (which were all delicious!) 🤗 Drop in and check it out!
