I passported at this location while I was in Laredo for work. The workout was great energy w/ good vibes and everyone was kind. One of the employees also provided me some wonderful recommendations for some local meals to get while I was in town (which were all delicious!) 🤗 Drop in and check it out!
Absolutely love the environment and the motivation F45 provides! I’ve lost 5 pounds in one month and feel such a huge difference with my endurance! Highly recommend this friendly, fun, clean and supportive gym!

I really enjoy working out at F45. I was confused initially about the name of the gym. It is "F45" because it provides Functional High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for an average class duration of 45 minutes. My cousin had tried F45 when he lived in Los Angeles. I’ve tried out a number of gyms over the years, and F45 stands out as my absolute favorite. The atmosphere is fantastic, the staff is friendly, and I really appreciate how clean everything is! The workouts are not only great but also vary each time and this is something I loved! Some days focus on cardio, others on strength, or even a mix of both. If you’re looking to see results and build strength, F45 is the place to be!
