Disruptive and unprofessional staff.
I was visiting the area from out of town and attended the location with members of my family. During my first class on Sunday, the class started late, and the instructor repeatedly stood directly in front / way too close to my workout station while talking to others, which prevented me from fully using the space and completing portions of the workout. Such a great gym! I came in visiting from my home gym in Hawaii while visiting family and felt right at home. The trainers and members were very warm, friendly, and encouraging. The class energy was great as well with the perfect mix of intensity, fun, and one on one coaching in a group setting. Thank you langtree team for welcoming me and being so kind! I had a blast meeting you all!
Great energy, great workout, and atmosphere. I suggest you find a F45 training center near you. I Love it
Ryan He always volunteers to give me options to not injure my knees and yet he pushes me to use heavier weights (which I can do) when I grab comfortable lower weights lol Mostly he notices my success
