This is by far my new favorite workout! Kari the owner is incredible along with the rest of the staff. Workouts are extremely hard but they offer modifications for any level. My friend and I just completed the one week trial and loved it so much we are joining. Great workout! Great results!

I've been going to F45 for a few weeks now and I really like it! I appreciate that there are ways to modify every exercise; I wasn't the strongest when I started going but I was still able to do everything in class. Plus the coaches have all been SO nice and make me feel comfortable each class!
