F45 Lakewood is hands down one of the best fitness communities I’ve ever been part of. Shout out to Kari and all the coaches — they bring so much energy, encouragement, and personal attention to every class. The workouts are always challenging but fun, and the vibe makes it easy to push yourself without ever feeling judged. This is by far my new favorite workout! Kari the owner is incredible along with the rest of the staff. Workouts are extremely hard but they offer modifications for any level. My friend and I just completed the one week trial and loved it so much we are joining. Great workout! Great results!
