My husband and I have been going for over a year, and we love it! Coaches are encouraging and get to know you, community happy hours are fun, and of course, the workouts are awesome! Efficent and high intensity! I like the different days being different workouts - cardio, resistance, or hybrid.
I’ve been apart of f45 for almost a month now. Everyone has been so welcoming and I have truly enjoyed the workouts. 12/10 recommend 🙂
Good workout and trainers seem motivated. Class sizes are a bit large and the space is a bit small for the number of folks there. But, it is a good workout and I’ve enjoyed it.
Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name. Sometimes you want to go where everybody is sweating in pain. What I love about F45 and the Lakewood staff is that they give you the tools to be your own boss. The boss of your body and your mind.
