F45 Lake Mary is the best resistance and weight training facility in the area. Their coaches are 2nd to none! They are welcoming, knowledgeable and have helped me reach personal goals and break through plateaus in my strength training endeavors! F45 Lake Mary has the best community of members who support each other and make going to the gym fun!
Dropped in for a work trip and Gustavo was awesome. It was my first time at F45 and he was very welcoming, had great energy, cues and knew when to push me to get the most out of the workout. If I’m ever back in the area I will definitely come back.
We were visiting from NC and had a great time visiting this location. Kevin did a great job explaining all of the moments and helped me with some modifications.
