Kevin and Gustavo are encouraging, inspiring, and attentive. The classes are challenging, but the coaches are constantly monitoring the room and making modifications when needed. Great music and atmosphere.

Absolutely love F45 - specifically the Lake Mary location. Each coach brings their unique style and motivation which I appreciate. Lifting weights/strength training can be daunting but when you are surrounded by like-minded people, you’re reminded you are not alone and will always be supported! Definitely your sign to go try a class.
Great workouts. The coaches are awesome. I'm there 4 or 5 days a week. They keep me coming back! I'm down 49 pounds since December. As of September 18 now I'm down 66 pounds! One year mark of coming to F45! Down a total of 100 pounds. Body fat at 12.8%. Not bad for 59 years old and 245 pounds!
I’ve been going to F45 for 7 months, and I absolutely love it! I’m stronger, better balanced, and notice real improvements in my everyday life — lifting, bending, and moving with ease again. The workouts are truly functional and effective. I love that I can just show up, follow the program, and get an amazing full-body workout without having to plan a thing. The coaches are motivating, the energy is great, and the results are real!
