I have been to a couple F45 locations. I started at F45 King West a couple weeks ago after taking quite some time off from being active. The coaches are all amazing, knowledgeable and so motivating. Will definitely be back!
INCREDIBLE! IM ADDICTED!
This one's my favorite F45 studio in the west end. It's a bit smaller than the one at Trinity Bellwoods, but it makes up for it with its trainers, vibe and everything else. I've not had one bad workout here!
I did a 2 week trial at the F45 King West location after being in a major slump. I was nervous at first because I’d never tried this workout style before. The instructors were very patient and supportive though so I felt stronger and more confident with each class. I really enjoyed my time there.
