Amazing coaching team! They really know how to push you beyond your limits while keeping the energy high. The support, motivation, and positive vibe they bring makes every session challenging but fun. Keep up the good work team
I recently joined the Joshua Creek location. My daughter had been a member for over a year and had raved about it. The workouts are intense but certainly attainable. The instructors are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
High energy, positive vibes and great inclusive atmosphere amongst both the coaches and participants. Even during the high cardio workouts people took 5 seconds to inspire each other. Joshua Creek location is a wonderful place to be.
I recently started back in the gym after months of hiatus, and it’s the best decision I’ve made for my health and overall well being. The workouts are fantastic and coaches are all so kind, approachable and just always ready to help if needed. I’ll highly recommend this location to anyone looking to go back to the gym. :)
