I wanted to start with the trial classes and have the feel of the sessions. I must say every session is better than the previous one. I love the concept and love how everyone enjoys working out together. Coaches do a great job monitoring and motivating you through the class. It’s been an amazing experience.
Clean facilities, good culture, dedicated trainers. Currently doing a trial but looking to sign up soon. Great spot!

Joined f45 it was my first time to be part of a gym and I was never ever into sports and thought it’s tedious and boring and I will quit but pushed myself to try and omg they have become addictive. The coaches are so kind supportive knowledgeable, the vibes is so lively and positive, the people are amazing all lending out a hand to beginners like myself. Truly impressed!
