We had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this studio. On February 6, 2026, we arrived on time at 11:55 AM for the 12:00 PM class, despite extremely snowy weather. We both work full time and made a real effort to be there on time. Even so, the trainer refused to let us join the class and asked us to leave the studio. Very disappointing experience at F45 Joshua Creek (Oakville). I’ve been training at F45 for 6 months at another location with no issues. I understand how classes work and follow studio etiquette. I came to this branch for a scheduled class, arrived right at class start time, and was refused entry at the door in front of others. I recently started coming to this location, and it’s made my morning workouts so much more fun. Easily one of the better F45 studios - amazing coaches who are constantly checking in to help with form, and such an encouraging, supportive community.
Very unprofessional, they never communicated to me to come early to my first class and they sent me home cuz they don’t have a receptionist to take my information.
I joined F45 for the first time this week and even though I was nervous the coaches made it simple and welcoming. I enjoyed it so much that I went every day this week. There is enough variety that you get a full body workout through the week. It’s the best way to get a workout done in 45 min
