Just started at this F45 location. Loving the work outs, the staff is friendly and there’s a real sense of community at this gym.
Andrew and the F45 Team at Jax Beach make it a fun, hardworking, and rewarding environment. I am celebrating my 100th class today!
Everytime I go, I get a great workout in that is challenging but enjoyable. The trainers explain the workouts well and correct your form during the exercises. Highly recommend!
Great studio, felt very welcome and really enjoyed the coach and very welcoming check in guy.
