Great F45 facility with awesome coaches, everyone greets you with a smile and is very helpful if you need modifications or alternative workouts based on an injury. All F45s are expensive but has been worth it because it is so easy to show up and just follow the workout.
I’ve been to two other locations in the Orange County area. Irvine location is the best that I have visited in OC. (I booked multiple classes at all three locations so have tried different coaches). The coaches here are extremely welcoming and motivating, they help you with your form and is actively paying attention to everyone. You feel like you’ve made the most out of your workout here every time. Absolutely a worthwhile membership when attending this gym. This is def my go-to gym on every Cali visit moving forward !
If I don’t connect with the people leading a workout, I eventually lose motivation, no matter how good the exercise itself is. That’s why I’m so grateful I found this studio, and they’ve raised the bar so damn high! Coach Deion and his team of coaches are hands-down the best coaches I’ve ever had.
