Currently my favorite group exercise class. Every weekday is something different and all the instructors are kind and professional. They're great at teaching me proper form and I learn new exercises to try on my own!

I belong to a different gym but I started using my passport visits b/c I was living closer to this F45. This gym is great and the trainers are knowledgeable and helpful.
I have been coming here every week or two for the past 6 months. It's one of my favorite places to workout in the area. Saturday morning class is 60 minutes and super challenging in the best way possible. You are constantly rotating between the stations and mixing up your exercises, so time flies and you never get bored. The trainers here are very nice, welcoming, and helpful.
