This is the most honest review you will get. I can't say anything but good things about this gym, starting with the trainers. Mark has been awesome along my journey he's the best , pushes me to be better every time and finds way to challenge me. Marissa has my heart ! I started training with her almost 3 years ago after I gave birth and she was the best trainer she showed me everything I know! Correct me in all my positions, teach me techniques and always challenging me, also super sweet! All trainers in the gym are friendly... read more

I’ve taken a few classes here via ClassPass and I am impressed. It’s a solid strength workout sometimes peppered with cardio and it moves quickly and leaves me healthily sore afterwards. Coaches are good, music is loud, place is kept pretty clean considering everyone is touching everything.

I have been a member for about 2 years now and couldn’t be happier. All the coaches have been wonderful and supportive. Would totally recommend to anyone that wants to get into shape without having to spend too much time at the gym.
