I’ve taken a few classes here via ClassPass and I am impressed. It’s a solid strength workout sometimes peppered with cardio and it moves quickly and leaves me healthily sore afterwards. Coaches are good, music is loud, place is kept pretty clean considering everyone is touching everything.Â
I have been a member for about 2 years now and couldn’t be happier. All the coaches have been wonderful and supportive. Would totally recommend to anyone that wants to get into shape without having to spend too much time at the gym.Â
Great workouts, great coaches, and an outstanding head trainer. Motivating, professional, and always pushing us to be our best selves.Â
