Been going to F 45 for about a year now. I truly cannot say enough good things. The staff is attentive and accommodating. As someone who had very little workout experience prior to joining, it’s amazing to see my growth within a year. Very grateful for this gym and the amazing trainers!

I have taken classes at this studio a bunch of times and the work out is fine. Priced a little out of its league in my opinion. My poor review is based more on the lack of professionalism at this studio than the mediocre workout it offers. Me and another person got confused with the pod arrangements and ended up at the wrong station and the instructor was so rude and unhelpful. I have loved the two classes I have taken at F45 in Hoboken! The coaches are super helpful in ensuring your form is correct and that you get the most out of the workout. It is a helpful cross-training activity to add on to my running. Shoutout to coach Kathryn!
