I left my other gym and joined F45 because of a promotion ($99 for 4 weeks) and to try something new. I was expecting the gym to be a little "cult-like", as non-F45 people describe it... I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly majority of the staff are and how supportive the other members are in creating a team environment. Fanus is great in creating a fun, encouraging, and inclusive space to work on your fitness goals.
