Great atmosphere at Helensvale F45! All the staff go out of their way to help you out when you need it and everyone’s super friendly.
I recommend f45 helensvale the room is large, the coaches are welcoming and dynamic. I mainly recommend doing the challenges which have been beneficial for me. I have regained a taste for sport and I am slowly regaining my pre-pregnancy body. I liked it so much that I'm going for a whole year.
Absolutely love training with the team. It was lovely to have support from not only the amazing trainers but the incredible fellow members who have made me feel welcomed and part of the bigger picture. Sometimes the gains are more then just what’s on the scale 😊
I have been a member at F45 Helensvale for 5 yrs and still love training here , always a great variety of classes awesome trainers and everything is well organised and caters for all levels of fitness !
