Just finished my first F45 class this morning, and I’m hooked! I took the Fusion class, which offered a great mix of upper and lower body options at each station. It was definitely challenging but in the best way possible. The energy was high, the music was pumping, and the trainers were super helpful and encouraging throughout. I appreciated the support and loved that I could push myself at my own pace. Can’t wait to book my next class!
Update after 1.5 years: still an amazing place, highly recommend. I moved I unfortunately had to leave. The gym was great. I had a fantastic time. The trainers are awesome and the people surrounding me or support him definitely will come back.
Happen to come to Dallas for a conference and used my passport visit here. Both Greg and Jake were great trainers, full of energy and very encouraging. We will definitely make this our home location when visiting Dallas.
