Super friendly clients and coaches! And the best view -- I love looking out at the marina while working out!
I’ve been to a few F45 locations (in Honolulu and Australia) and this is my favorite! Great vibes, great trainers, overlooks the marina, good temperature (not too hot), and there’s always free parking. I recommend this location in Honolulu!
This is the absolute first gym. I love going to the first gym. I look forward to going to staff is great. It moves so fast. You have no time to Dilly dally love it.
I enjoy the style of workouts offered by F45 and training in a way that translates to life and sports outside of the gym. The coaches are always encouraging and really foster a sense of community. Would recommend to a friend!
Love the coaches and the people that work out here! Highly motivating and fun at the same time. Makes working out something to look forward to for someone that had a 4 year hiatus from any type of workout. (I hate exercise and can always find a 'reason' why I can't do the walk, hike, yoga, zumba, kickboxing or treadmill etc) I finally found that 'thing' that motivates me to get fit again - everything F45 offers!
