Update - have been working out here for about 18 months and just joined my 1st team challenge. LOVE the camaraderie and friendly competition.
I love F45 Hawaii Kai!! Honestly I was scared at first to try it after seeing everyone leaving super sweaty and tired, but my cousin convinced me to just try it, so I did. After a few classes, I was hooked. You don’t have to be the fittest, everyone encourages everyone, and you can push yourself how hard you want, thus tailoring the workout to what you need. I was hesitant at first, but the crew did a great job of making me feel welcomed from day 1. This is a really great place that makes me feel pushed to work hard but also the space to feel like I’m working out alone yet in a team environment. I’m a huge fan. It’s worth a try if you’re like me and let life get in the way of fitness. The air conditioning is also top notch so it never feels like a sweat box even though everyone is definitely sweaty.
