Wowzers. First day in after a few years off of hard weight training . Thought I needed a break from the weight life and didn’t realize I needed F45 in my life to make me whole again. I stupidly bought into the idea it was time to slow down my workouts at almost 50 years old, but this couldn’t be furthest from the truth. I can do more and then some. 🥰 The moment I walked in the 6am class I was welcomed by Amanda and Taz who took me in with such enthusiasm and love. The Guildwood F45 location is amazing; great program and great coaches. One small suggest is to avoid reviewing body scans in public settings. These scans are ideally reviewed in the back office.
