Great atmosphere. It's a good place for all experience levels and ages to participate. It is expensive so make sure you are committed before joining. The two week, 10 class trial was a good value. I did the trial, then sprung for a month membership before I committed to the contract membership to make sure the habit stuck for me. I like how all the weights and stations are laid out neatly for you, so you get a lot done in a 45 min session. There is a demo of the workout just before the class starts. Amazing little community, fun workouts that keep switching up every few weeks and wonderful trainers too!
I’ve learnt about F45 from a friend who does it downtown. I’ve started a trial in another location and loved the workouts, it makes such a difference not having to think about anything and the coolest thing is that you can adjust it to your level. Anyways I then decided to give this location a try as it’s also close by and the studio seemed to be bigger. THE TEAM OF COACHES HERE IS TOP NOTCH! The energy.
