A fun and enthusiastic place to workout and spend 45 mins of your time. The staff is always encouraging and provide guidance before and during workouts to ensure safe and proper workout execution. The workouts are always different and challenging each day, and allows you to push yourself to achieve your goals in time. The studio is always pumped up as we enter and allows us to maintain that spirit even as we leave. Kudos to F45 Guildwood !
I love working out at F45. It’s the perfect way to start my day—just 45 minutes in the morning and I’m done! Honestly, it’s the best 45 minutes I spend all day. As a busy mom (with all the hats I wear at work too), it gives me the opportunity to fill my own cup before I start pouring into my family and students. Been going for more than a month now and It’s been very motivating to want to go everyday. The coaches have been amazing and are always there to support and help when needed. The place is lively everytime! Love it!
Such a great atmosphere with motivational coaches and people who high five you all the time. You leave feeling great about yourself. The coaches treat you like family and the workouts are only 45 minutes !
