F45 Guildwood is awesome! The coaches are so wonderful and encouraging - that it makes you want to come back again and again! The energy there is unmatched from any other place I've worked out before. I'm so happy that I joined!
I originally joined just to give F45 a try but now i’m hooked. The classes are a blast and the community makes it better. Kudos to the coaches for bringing in the energy every single day 🙌 I look forward to the different workouts and i like how it is time sensitive which makes it easy to plan my day ahead. I’m also starting to feel changes in myself, which is such a great result! So glad I decided to give it a shot! ☺️
