Do yourself a favor and do not even contact these guys for anything. I asked about pricing, which is ridiculous, and now I get at least one email per day from them, despite calling then to tell them to stop, and unsubsribing to the emails I also received daily phone calls for the first week This type of harassment is a good indication that they are desperate for customers...not a good sign

Just tried my first class at the downtown f45 and I must say the two female coaches were wonderful and so welcoming. Thank you Steph and Sami you were so welcoming it made such a positive atmosphere especially as I struggle to enjoy the gym, you made it 10/10
I have been looking for something that can give me a sense of community while also being physically active, and F45 south Guelph is the place! The studio is incredibly spacious and the coaches are absolutely fantastic plus incredibly knowledgeable. Worth every penny!
