F45 has been a constant in my life for the past year and a half and I could not imagine my life without this type workout. I love that they offer a combination of strength, cardio and hybrid workouts and every day is different. The coaches and community motivate you to push harder and always challenge yourself. If you want to get an amazing workout in while having lots of fun, try F45!
Great place with a great community. Get you pumped and help you figure out your straights and weaknesses in working out.
Don’t go to this gym. Employees don’t really know what they’re doing. This gym is insanely expensive. Almost 200 dollars a month for a gym with basically no equipment. One of the employees “Coach Wyatt” was texting me being disgustingly rude to me, basically attacking me, all because I couldn’t show up to a class. I asked for a refund they said no. Classes here are kind of a joke. 45 minutes of walking around while the “teacher” stays on his phone the whole time. Take my advice and save your money. Go to an actual gym.
