F45 is everything you could want in a gym. They have supportive coaches, great music, and a fantastic weekly mix of classes that you can attend as many times as you’d like. Not to mention, you’re in and out in 45 min feeling like you just got your ass kicked. I’m addicted!
Glen Cove F45 has truly become my home away from home. I joined in January 2025, wanting to join a local gym to focus on my fitness postpartum and meet some people in the area. I never dreamed I’d join a community, get in the best shape of my life, and hit over 300 classes just a year and a half later.
