Great place with a great community. Get you pumped and help you figure out your straights and weaknesses in working out.
Don’t go to this gym. Employees don’t really know what they’re doing. This gym is insanely expensive. Almost 200 dollars a month for a gym with basically no equipment. One of the employees “Coach Wyatt” was texting me being disgustingly rude to me, basically attacking me, all because I couldn’t show up to a class. I asked for a refund they said no. Classes here are kind of a joke. 45 minutes of walking around while the “teacher” stays on his phone the whole time. Take my advice and save your money. Go to an actual gym.
I've been a member of F45 Training for 2 years. It is the best workout place I have ever been to. The people at the Glen Cove branch of F45 Training are friendly and provide great, quality service.
