I have been going to F45 for a few months now and can honestly say it has been one of the best places I've ever been to. Working out here has helped me boost my confidence in the gym. The coaches are awesome and are always there to help you be the best you can be and give you that extra motivation! 10/10 recommend trying out a class here :)

F45 has been a constant in my life for the past year and a half and I could not imagine my life without this type workout. I love that they offer a combination of strength, cardio and hybrid workouts and every day is different. The coaches and community motivate you to push harder and always challenge yourself. If you want to get an amazing workout in while having lots of fun, try F45!
