I moved to Glen Cove in May and didn’t know anyone, so joining F45 in August was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made since moving here. I can’t say enough good things about F45! I moved to the area a couple of months ago and was looking for a consistent workout routine, but also a way to meet new people and feel more connected to the community. My husband and I joined F45 back in January and its truly become our favorite parts of the day/week! ALL of the coaches are incredible and are so motivating and helpful whenever we need it. Whether we come to the morning classes or late evening classes, the community is unmatched and everyone is so nice and friendly. My only constructive feedback is truly more classes!
