If you want a workout that maximizes every second, this is it. I love that I can walk in, give it my all for 45 minutes, and walk out knowing I burned a lot of calories.
If you know you need to get in shape and don't know where to start, give f45 a shot. New exercises each day and updated monthly, and coaches there to make sure you're doing them correctly and not risking injury. The class setting is also wonderful for beginners as everyone is focused on their own station, there's no need to worry about needing to take a break or anyone watching you if you're struggling. Highly recommend.
Fantastic studio with great coaches! A lot of positive energy and the workouts are fun and varied. Always good to start my day with. Highly recommend!
