My f45 closed down, so I had to find the next closest one near me. There are a lot of great coaches here and the other people are very nice as well. Challenging workouts and keeps me in shape.
First time trying out group workouts and this is by far the best F45 in the east valley. Great community and supportive coaches!!
Heard about F45 from Johnjay and Rich radio show, it just so happens to be next to the Chipotle I was going to that day when I found them. My wife and Doctor both told me I needed to start working out for my health and my wife signed me up on the spot. Honestly I didn’t want to do it but I knew I needed to make life changes. I started here as a way to diversify my workout routine. It is never boring and keeps me motivated to workout. Every class feels challenging, in a good way. The other members, studio coaches, and studio manager are all super friendly and kind. A year later, I feel healthier than ever.
I love the camaraderie at F45 and the music takes me back to my prime days - good vibes all around…plus a 500+ calorie burn each time!
