Highly recommend F45 Galleria! The workouts are challenging but can be modified to suit any fitness level, and the coaches are always there to help and encourage you. The environment is welcoming, inclusive, and full of positive energy. The coaches are fun, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping everyone succeed. It's a great community that keeps you motivated and coming back!
The best workout community I’ve ever hard. Moving here to canada I was really looking and want to try doing gyms when my friend introduced me this F45 gym at first I really don’t like it cause it was though! I joined about 8 months ago and am so happy I did. The staff are friendly and professional and they've really supported my journey to get fit. The gym is clean and organized but it is the people that really keep me coming back. It's a wonderful community of people!
