The best workout community I’ve ever hard. I joined about 8 months ago and am so happy I did. The staff are friendly and professional and they've really supported my journey to get fit. The gym is clean and organized but it is the people that really keep me coming back. It's a wonderful community of people!
I wrote a 5-star review in Year 1 at F45 Galleria. I'm in Year 4 with another 5-star update. This gym has been a game changer for my fitness. The coaches always encourage me, challenge me, and prioritize safety and form. When i felt that i had hit a plateau in my journey, I received guidance and a targetted plan from the coaches.
