Although not a member as I live in Ottawa (where we have no F45!), I’ve gone to a number of classes throughout the year and can’t say enough good things! Not only are the classes dynamic and challenging, the coaches are encouraging and accommodating. If you’d like an adaptation or are rehabbing an injury, they have a number of great suggestions. Miriam, the owner is so lovely and the perfect amount of lively for an early morning class! I will always drop-in for a class when I’m in Toronto!
F45 Galleria has such amazing energy from the moment you walk in. The coaches and members are incredibly supportive, always pushing you to be better while making you feel welcome. It truly feels more like a family than just a gym—everyone cheers each other on, celebrates wins (big or small), and shows up for one another. The atmosphere keeps me motivated and excited to train every time. Grateful to be part of a community like this. 💪✨
Thanks to the team I'm in the best shape of my life! They push you to be better, help you improve on the form, keep it interesting and fresh and lots of awesome people and of course an amazing team!!! 💪
Well I just rolled out of bed on a Saturday morning and I can't seem to think of a better thing to do than to come to F45 Galleria to get sweaty and yelled at by the friendly trainers
