Started back to my fitness journey at F45 Fulshear after being referred by my Mom and have thoroughly enjoyed it! The classes move at a pace that allows me to push myself appropriately without causing myself to burnout or injure myself. I have also enjoyed the communication from Tami as she checked in with my several times during my trial and Coach Lorenzo knows when to push us and when to hang back and let us be. Definitely recommend!
I've hopped around studios in the Katy area, but Fulshear is my home studio. It's very spacious; I never feel like I'm on top of other people or fighting for room. The coaches are attentive and friendly. The workout is amazing, and I notice improved strength every week. It helps me with my runs and other workouts too! I took a break from F45 for a while before moving to Fulshear; it's beginner-friendly and you can go at your own pace or make modifications. Don't be intimidated! Give it a try. :)
The workout classes are a great way to quickly get your daily exercise in! The coaches are encouraging and helpful, and the equipment is super clean!
I really love this location A whole lot! This is my favorite location to come to. The coaches help you out a good eye and answer any questions or concerns you might have! They go around and help you if needed they welcome you in! And they explained the work out great! As good as well as they know! I am pleased the overall of the neatness and clean place! I will look and forward to seeing y’all again soon!
