I am 6 months postpartum and was in search of a fitness community and a workout that was challenging and kept me motivated. F45 has been just that! I look forward to scheduling my classes and the environment is so uplifting and positive. I highly recommend F45 Friendswood!

I was sold after the first class. This place has a great environment and all of the coaches are super supportive and know what they’re doing. This is great for all levels and just overall great classes if you want to push yourself.

I really do my research (well, I’ve learned too) after various memberships in my life. I absolutely love this place! I walk in and know the workout will be different, challenging, and yet allow flexibility. I always feel encouraged and never compared to others.

I love this F45 location. Trainers are very friendly and they pay attention to us. They welcomed me back to F45 I used to go to the one in Sugar land. F45 provides different exercises everyday so we don’t get bored. It’s a nice environment to get your daily exercise done!
