I was a member of f45 a good while back but we moved and there was not one close to anywhere we lived. Once we moved back to Texas I tried out several studios: pilates, pure bar, orange theory, rush and saved f45 for last because I knew it was going to be the one I was going to sign up a membership with. One of the coaches named Tam is very rude. She is not uplifting at all. She is a bully. She gives back handed “praise”. She publicly embarrassed someone in front of the whole group and that does not feel good to witness.

Not to be dramatic, but joining this gym was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The workouts are challenging and well-structured, the coaches are knowledgeable and genuinely encouraging, and the community is something special. I’ve been coming here for almost two years, have made great friends, and still look forward to every class. It feels like so much more than just a gym. If you’re on the fence, give it a try!

Update: I have been going to F45 for 2 years now and cannot believe the difference. Completed my first Hyrox this year. Amazing place to train for Hyrox. The energy and encouragement from the coaches and community is amazing! I even got up early to run….. I love F45 Friendswood. I had not worked out in a couple of years when I started and thought maybe it would be too much for me. The coaches are great at meeting you where you are, modifying any movement for your fitness level and encouraging you toward your goals. There is ... read more
