This was my first time attending an F45 workout session, and it was a great experience. The workout was fast-paced, and the staff was extremely helpful and supportive throughout. They took the time to walk us through each station and explain how to properly move through the workout. This has been such a great gym to join. I joined to train for my first Hyrox, and I’ll be sticking around long after the competition. With a busy schedule, the structured classes and flexible times have been exactly what I have been needing, and it is just overall a supportive community of people
The best gym. This is such a happy place for me from the coaches to the workouts. The coaches are so motivating and always help modify when needed. I have tried many different types of studio classes and this is simply my favorite!
