F45 Fresno North is a great place to work out!! The coaches are amazing and overall great atmosphere! The workouts are different each day and emphasize on cardio or strength or both. I just hit my 300th workout…thank you F45!!!!
The workouts are excellent, and the staff is fantastic! They go above and beyond to make sure you’re doing each exercise with the correct form, which makes the experience both safe and effective.
The workouts are amazing! All workouts give such a mix of routines that incorporate all muscle groups! Great workouts! Annie is amazing! Knowledgeable and so friendly! She is an amazing trainer! Carlos and so energetic! Kiano and Terry are great too!! Every workout is set up and ready! Workout room is clean and organized! Great place to workout!!
Highly recommend trying F45! I've never felt so much stronger in my life just after 6 months! I started February 2025! I was very hesitant to try at first cause gyms intimidate me! But everyone in this gym is simply the best! Very approachable, hospitable, and accommodating! All the coaches are awesome!
