I'm new to F45 tried their 3 sessions for $30 and it was exactly what I needed. My goal was to work on Strength and lose weight. I started at zero on strength by 5th session I felt like my muscles were waking up in my body and letting me know they were holding me together. Which is what we need as we age right? By Session 8 finally I was able to bike the whole 45 sec without stopping! I like to track my progress and notice these little wins. Love going to F45 great gym with a welcoming vibe, clean equipment, and friendly staff. It’s helped me stay consistent and actually enjoy working out. Highly recommend!
