I really enjoy going to F45! A great, welcoming workout environment! The workouts push me way better than I would ever push myself at the gym! I am so glad I decided to join!
Amazing cardio and strength training exercises. They push you to not wanting to give up. I love it here.
Great staff and ownership. Very clean and well organized work out programs. All you have to do is show up, they take care of the rest.
So far I’ve really enjoyed this gym! The classes are different, involves cardio and weights while also having days focusing more on legs vs arms vs whole body. All the instructors have been so helpful with modifying things for me as I’m not always able to do each exercise fully. Would recommend for sure!
Great studio! Trainers are top notch, classes are very good, times are convenient and the studio is always very clean. This is the first gym, health club I joined and have stuck with for about 18 months.
