Review is a reflection of the terrible experience I had with the owner, Erin. When I was able to get in touch with her for important questions about my membership (after 2-3 follow ups), she wouldn’t even answer my questions but rather respond with a vague statement. After months of back and forth she did not honor what she said she would do. I love working out here. I have gone to several other gyms and the programming here is wonderful. A perfect balance.
F45 is the best cross fit training in the area. Great coaches, great community and always a great workout. Highly recommend
