The staff at f-45 are friendly exercise. Knowledgeable and fully engaged. The routines are fun, very challenging and always changing from workout to workout, which makes this a very engaging workout. The lack of predictable exercises and the mixture of options and the rapid flow around the different stations makes us exceptionally easy to attend and thrive. I couldn’t recommend this gym enough. The coaches are amazing and motivate you every step of the way (in the best way possible). 10/10 recommend working out here if you want to meet great people and have a great workout.

I try to find an F45 in every city when traveling, so I’ve been to 15+ locations from Southern CA to South Carolina. The workout is consistently great, but I can see the difference when the coach really cares. Lewis takes his position seriously while making it fun as well. He gives you tips for the class during the demo, pushes you to lift heavier if it’s safe, and also corrects form which is so important during a fast moving workout. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!
F45 In Columbia is a great gym. Super fun workouts with a knowledgeable and upbeat staff. The staff is available to encourage you while also making sure you are safe.
