My happy and favorite place! F45 is the best gym I’ve ever been to! Trainers Chanie, Alex, Cherilyn, Noelle and Brooke are amazing —knowledgeable, motivating, and truly invested in your success. The environment is incredible, with infectious energy, and a positive atmosphere. Highly recommend it to anyone serious about their fitness journey! I love F45 and all the trainers. They are always motivating and bring great energy. The instructions are easy to follow and the workouts have so much variety that the 45 minutes never feels like a real 45. Thank you for keeping us moving!
Absolutely fantastic gym for a lot of reasons. I've been attending classes here for right at 2 years. I was hesitant to try classes for the first time after just going to the gym mostly solo. It's a game changer though. If you're a parent, the 45-minute workouts are the most efficient workout you'll get in a short time period.
