F45 has been a great experience overall and the coaches are all very kind and welcoming. I originally came in on a 7 day trial and really enjoyed the energy and structure of the classes enough to stay. The workouts are challenging and I can definitely see why people love it here. Giving 5 stars instead of 4 because the coaches are so nice and welcoming! My happy and favorite place! F45 is the best gym I’ve ever been to! Trainers Chanie, Alex, Cherilyn, Noelle and Brooke are amazing —knowledgeable, motivating, and truly invested in your success. The environment is incredible, with infectious energy, and a positive atmosphere. Highly recommend it to anyone serious about their fitness journey! I love F45 and all the trainers. They are always motivating and bring great energy. The instructions are easy to follow and the workouts have so much variety that the 45 minutes never feels like a real 45. Thank you for keeping us moving!
