Great experience at F45 East Lansing! The coaches were incredibly helpful with making sure I had the correct form and took the time to offer guidance throughout the workout. The atmosphere was welcoming, the workout was challenging but fun, and the InBody scan was a great way to understand my starting point and set goals. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive place to get stronger and healthier.

Let me start by saying I am not athletic by nature and have to really force myself to stay active. I also don't love the super hype-you-up rah rah and yell-at-you type classes (like OTF and some CrossFit gyms I've seen). And F45 does try to pump you up but not by yelling at you throughout your workout. They show you the moves, turn the music up, and let you do your thing while the coaches rotate through the room to subtly correct form and offer suggestions. F45 East Lansing is by far one of the best gyms I’ve been apart of. All of the coaches are super friendly, always ready to help, and make the class really enjoyable with their high energy and positive attitudes! I would recommend this gym to anyone regardless of skill level. Solid 10/10

F45 East Lansing is the best gym/studio I’ve been part of. The atmosphere is contagious and energizing and workouts are fun. There are always very nice coaches around making sure everything runs smoothly and everyone is safe. It’s a scheduled group class, so it is important to show up on time to see the demo and participate in the warm up! Team training!
