F45 East Lansing is by far one of the best gyms I’ve been apart of. All of the coaches are super friendly, always ready to help, and make the class really enjoyable with their high energy and positive attitudes! I would recommend this gym to anyone regardless of skill level. Solid 10/10
F45 East Lansing is the best gym/studio I’ve been part of. The atmosphere is contagious and energizing and workouts are fun. There are always very nice coaches around making sure everything runs smoothly and everyone is safe. It’s a scheduled group class, so it is important to show up on time to see the demo and participate in the warm up! Team training!
I recently had a disappointing experience at F45 Lansing. Due to a snow-related delay, I arrived 10 minutes late. Even though I’d done the exact workout the day before and understood it well, I was denied participation. I was spoken to harshly and asked to leave in a very dismissive way, leaving me feeling unwelcome and disrespected. I left stressed and humiliated. I hope management can show more empathy in the future, as fitness spaces should treat clients with respect, even when enforcing policies.

If you're looking to transform your fitness, this is where I would suggest going. The coaches are amazing, kind, encouraging. They lead with quiet confidence and gentle accountability. They feel like old friends as soon as you enter. And the work outs will kick your butt. So, don't sit and wait and wish for something to change. If you need a sign, this is it. Get to this gym asap. You won't regret it.
