F45 East Hillcrest has gotten me back into working out after 2 kids and 5+ years! Didn't think that was possible. I've tried many different workouts hoping something would stick but couldn't do it consistently until I checked out this this gym. I love the F45 program in that you are guaranteed an awesome work out without having to plan it out or put any mental energy into it. I never thought I was a group fitness person but I’m absolutely obsessed with F45. Great trainers, great music and great workouts. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming and accommodating to any fitness level. 10/10

Great group workout classes! Been going for about 5 months. The coaches are great at helping with form. They also provide towels, cubbies, cold washcloths for the cool down, and extra supplies (like spray deodorant or hair ties) if you need them.

This is amazing place to workout! The workouts are always challenging and well-structured, and the trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and full of energy. The studio is clean and well-maintained, which makes every session feel comfortable. Overall, great vibe and team here, so I don't think you can ask for more!
