Fantastic class. Coach Lorenzo did a great job of holding me accountable and pushing me appropriately while making sure I maintained good form. Coach Brad made sure we had a great time and had the music vibing. It was a high energy workout where they gave great modifications for more challenging movements making it doable for everyone. Definitely recommend!
I would not have achieved my fitness goals without the help of this team! I can’t recommend this location enough. If you can, try and take Jordan’s class! She has the best playlist and has great energy
