I measure the effectiveness of any of my workouts solely by how worn out I feel afterwards. The workouts here are exquisite. I haven’t felt like this after a workout since I walked on to my highschool wrestling team. It’s glorious.
I went in as a drop-in today and had a great experience. Easy check-in, friendly staff and great equipment. I’d recommend F45 to anyone.
Really love come to these classes!!! The coaches are amazing, everyone is so supportive. And I get a good workout done in 45 min. Good deal!
I wanted to share feedback based on my experience at this F45 location. While the workouts themselves are effective and several of the trainers were welcoming and professional, my overall experience was negatively impacted by the behavior of two trainers in particular, Vince and Morgan. Their approach felt very cliquish, with clear favoritism shown toward certain regular members.
