Ian was so great! I visited this location from out of town and loved the class.

I love this F45 East Cobb location! Ian was awesome—super supportive and really engaged. He came around to check my form and pushed me when he saw I could handle more, which I really appreciated. The energy was great, and I felt right at home from the moment I walked in. Can’t wait to come back!
The best spot to workout!! Everyone here is so motivating to our success and it is always a great time at the gym. For sure the highlight of my day!
