F45 in East Chapel Hill is the best F45 studio I have ever been a member of, or trained at. I travel for work and passport around many other F45 studios. F45 ECH is the best studio, where the owner and coaches are the most professional and where the full equipment is available. Unlike other studios, ECH has plenty of space, the coaches are very experienced and handle each class seamlessly. I’ve had a great experience at F45 East Chapel Hill. The workouts are consistently challenging, and I really like the variety between strength, cardio and hybrid days. The community is also a big part of what makes this location stand out. The coaches and members create a welcoming, positive atmosphere that makes it easy to keep coming back. It’s been a great place to work out and stay consistent.
