This F45 is top notch. All the coaches from Kevin the owner to Trey, Kade, and Jess are highly engaged and motivated, bring positive energy, and support every member on their fitness journey. I am forever grateful for finding the Des Moines studio and I know I’ll always be welcomed back.
The instructors are friendly and helpful! The workouts are efficient, packing just the right amount in to the 45 minute sessions.

I can’t say enough about F45 and their coaches (Sammy & Anna) From day one, their positive attitude has made every workout something I genuinely look forward to. They both bring positive attitude, incredible energy and encouragement to each class. They take the time to understand my needs & goals and offer helpful guidance. I'm couple day away from completing a two-week trial at F45 Downtown Des Moines after my gym of 7+ years closed, and I’ve been genuinely impressed. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this gym is well cared for—everything is clean, organized, and the equipment is in great condition. The space is efficient, which I love because you can get in, get an amazing workout, and get on with your day. The bathrooms are also very clean and well maintained.
