I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. Be careful with signing up for a free 2 week trial at this location. You will get billed automatically day 14. Wether or not you complete the free trial. You have to “Opt Out” whatever that means. Do yourself a favor go to a real gym with a legitimate corporate and a customer service. Very disappointing. I do not recommend.
I went to F45 Downtown Anaheim while in town for business and it was fantastic. The trainers Mason and Josh clearly care about their members and deliver an amazing experience. Both trainers were active and assisting with form, regressions and were very motivating. The intro by Mason was clear and very detailed, focusing on the correct form and body positioning to make the workout safe and challenging. This is one of the best workout experiences I have had in a long time. Having not gone to the gym in so long, I was intimidated to start something new, but everyone was very friendly and encouraging! Very team/family like atmosphere where EVERYONE (especially the coaches) truly want their teammates to succeed and push themselves to the best of their abilities!
