I highly recommend F45 Training! The facility is clean and comfortable, the coaches are professional and attentive to every member, and the overall atmosphere is fantastic. Most importantly, you get a wide variety of workouts, so it never feels boring.
After years of ignoring my husband’s attempts to get me to exercise, a friend finally forcibly dragged me to a gym. I tried a variety of small Gyms and studios before discovering F45. The first thing I noticed was how friendly both the staff and other exercisers were. The next thing I noticed was that the music was super fun (think 90s-early 2000s hits). Great HIIT Gym! Coach Cara, Brian, and Sherry are amazing!
Coming from out of town. Had the option to sleep in today but decided to wake up early just to work out for the 8:30am class. Showed up and 15+ people there waiting outside as no coach was present. Member called an owner I believe and they said the coach called in sick, this was 8:35am. No prior notice, no attempt to reach out to contact us and not even a post on instagram as a warning. When you see this, please cancel the class and refund my passport attempt. (I only signed up 30 mins prior to class.)
