Great coaches and people to work out with!
I highly recommend F45 Training! The facility is clean and comfortable, the coaches are professional and attentive to every member, and the overall atmosphere is fantastic. Most importantly, you get a wide variety of workouts, so it never feels boring.
After years of ignoring my husband’s attempts to get me to exercise, a friend finally forcibly dragged me to a gym. I tried a variety of small Gyms and studios before discovering F45. The first thing I noticed was how friendly both the staff and other exercisers were. The next thing I noticed was that the music was super fun (think 90s-early 2000s hits).
