I am a 47 year old, and a BJJ black belt who trains regularly and runs a 50+ person business. F45 supporting me in my cardio and fitness to keep up with the younger folks on the mat. It is an right decision to sign up at F45 diamondbar branch, communications is perfect, the instructors is super nice and cool the training that im having at F45 diamondbar real helps me specially im a brazilian jiujitsu black belt the strength and conditioning is really helping my game in jiu jitsu, special mention to berry who always there to push me and motivate me.
