Best fitness training center to get in shape. Classes are very uplifting, coaches are very helpful and attentive. Totally different experience than going to regular gym.
“I absolutely love going to the gym at F45! The coaches really push and motivate you to become better every day, and the energy in every class is amazing. One thing I especially love is the playlists — they always keep the workouts fun and hype. Horrible experience. Staff and management were rude and unwelcoming; lied about promotions. Would not recommend this studio.
F45 has been an amazing experience. I'm a busy mom of 3 and full time worker. Always making time to go to the classes. The coaches there Berry, Cara, Chris, Brian, Sherry are an amazing team to work with. Very knowledgeable coaches, if you are carrying weights and carrying them in a improper form. They will help you out. Very patient coaches, always welcoming, very good attitude, motivates there members. Highly recommend. I been attending this facility almost 3 years now.
