I have used my F45 Passport Visits for the Diamond Bar location several times, as it is easier to access after work depending on the day. F45 Diamond Bar has become almost like a second studio home to me! The staff and other F45 members are all so friendly. Everyone is high-fiving and encouraging each other before/during/after class! This location is welcoming of all ages and fitness levels. I am grateful to have have F45 Diamond Bar as a studio that I can show up to and still feel at ease!
After a six year hiatus since the Pandemic, I joined F45 as a birthday event and stuck around the lovely coaches and attendees since. The coaches will point out any improvements needed with form and bring up the energy when I can't push myself. The workouts are a mixture of HIIT, strength and functional training along with a newly Hyrox program. Shout out to the coaches I cry mostly with: Cara, Vickey, Sherry.
Best fitness training center to get in shape. Classes are very uplifting, coaches are very helpful and attentive. Totally different experience than going to regular gym.
