I LOVE this gym. I have tried other F-45 gyms and I have to say the trainers at the Decatur location are great! They are checking form and encouraging you throughout your workout! I feel myself getting stronger!
Been 2 months since joining this location, and it’s been a fantastic experience so far. The coaches here have been really supportive and proactive when it comes to correcting our form (when needed) during class, and I love how they motivate everyone to do their best. I especially appreciated their support since I was recovering from a lower back injury and been wanting to get back on track with my fitness. Got to the gym 10 minutes early so I could warm up. No one has shown up. It is now 10 minutes after class was supposed to start. I seriously hope I can get a refund. I will never come back to this location.
This was my first class & Joe is a great instructor. Providing clear instructions, making adjustments so you can feel the position better or so you don’t injure yourself. It’s great for beginners, intermediates, advanced. He challenges and motivates you. My partner I was with gave suggestions, just a great experience. I may have found my workout home. Thanks
