This was my first class & Joe is a great instructor. Providing clear instructions, making adjustments so you can feel the position better or so you don’t injure yourself. It’s great for beginners, intermediates, advanced. He challenges and motivates you. My partner I was with gave suggestions, just a great experience. I may have found my workout home. Thanks
