One thing I really love about F45 is that every workout is different. You never get bored because each day focuses on something new, whether it’s strength, cardio, or a mix of both. The workouts are definitely challenging, but in the best way. And the best part? It’s only 45 minutes. Somehow they pack so much into that time that you leave feeling like you really worked hard. It’s intense, efficient, and so worth it.
F45 Davie has been great! I love the workouts and the coaches there make sure you’re doing the movements correct and help you out when you need it. The staff is also very welcoming!
