I have been training with F45 Darlinghurst for eight years, and I can honestly say it is the reason I now have a daily exercise habit. Dave and the trainers are supportive, knowledgeable and all round good people. What makes this gym experience difference is the genuine community that has been built. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely loved this gym!! Such a strong sense of community and a motivating atmosphere. The coaches are so friendly and genuinely care about your improvement. Alex was great at finding modifications for the exercises to make them easier/more challenging, and motivated me to get to class every morning! Could not recommend more highly.

A friendly gym which is great motivation to get up early and do the 5:30 class. Alex and Anja are coaches that make you feel very welcome.
