The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping everyone get the most out of each session, regardless of fitness level. Highly recommend this studio - the coaches here are knowledgeable and genuinely push you to get the most out of every session. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and encouraging from day one.

Dave and his team are simply awesome! They're friendly and supportive - a good mix of encouragement and motivation. I like the variety of classes offered and multiple times throughout the day to choose from. Check it out!
The classes and workouts are amazing but the trainers at f45 darlo are top tier. They make the workouts very challenging but also so fun. Rach and Drew (and everyone else) are great coaches and i would highly recommend
