From day one, I felt very comfortable—the atmosphere is super motivating, and the facilities are always clean and well maintained. What really stands out is the team of trainers: they are incredibly professional, attentive, and always willing to help you improve. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a serious, friendly place with top-level trainers.
Recently joined and have been made to feel welcome. Dave and the team are really friendly and outlined classes and other services. The classes are challenging - a lot of encouragement and guidance to ensure correct form. Highly recommended!
The culture at this gym is unbelievable. The owner Dave puts so much time and effort in getting to know members. Coaches are great especially Rachel, super bubbly and fun. Can’t wait to keep training at this gym.
This gym is honestly the best I have been to. They are so welcoming and have truly built the most amazing fitness community. I was in Sydney for work for 4 months and I am heartbroken to have to say goodbye to everyone at F45 Darlo. Dave is the best leader and head coach/ owner who truly cares about everyone in the gym. And the coaches (Sam, Alex, Drew, Anya) are truly world class.
