I had a wonderful time dropping into this F45 on my cross-country journey! Anna, one of the coaches, was welcoming and kind as soon as I walked through the doors. She was also knowledgeable and gave me some great pointers. The owner was also lovely, and the space is expansive! I highly recommend this gym and hope I have the chance to stop in again!
