Love this place. The coaches are awesome and the energy is always great. It’s the best 45-minute workout in Daphne—highly recommend!!
F45 is so much more than workout classes — it’s truly a community. I joined the Daphne location in June after relocating from out of state, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. It’s helped me stay consistent with my fitness goals while also making the transition to a new area much easier. The instructors are amazing and go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome!
Cant say enough good things about F45 Daphne. Great place for a quick workout where your told what to do so it takes the guess work out of gym visits and also leaves you feeling exhausted after. They have both strength and cardio classes but both leaving your body exhausted and pushed. The trainers and owner are always friendly and push you while giving proper form recommendations and guidance for modifications to workouts. I have never been a girl that works out…but I absolutely LOVE F45!!! Aisha, Megan, Stephanie, and Frank have all helped me actually enjoy exercising. They are great at giving corrections, helping my form, and making the classes fun. Terri is an amazing leader who creates a great atmosphere and encourages every member each class!!! 10000000/10 recommend!!
