F45 offers great work out sessions. I always walk out of here drenched in sweat and feeling great! From cardio days to strengthening days, every part of my body gets a great work out. I also don’t feel like there’s competition between anyone. Everyone goes at their own pace and the encouragement from the instructor makes you feel great whether you can keep up with everyone else or not. I definitely recommend F45 in Crown Point!
