I was a little apprehensive to F45 but under Amanda’s I felt very good returning. She is beyond patient with me and others as well as very encouraging. I am building myself back up physically and I appreciate her very much.

I’ve recently returned to exercising after 8 years away from any gym. I was happily surprised to find not only an encouraging and supportive group of coaches but the members are cohesive as well. I like how the coaches model the proper form and what the focus area is for each move. Highly Recommend!
