I have now been apart of 3 different F45 locations. This one is for sure the worst experience for many reasons. The trainers don’t try to get to know you or even learn your name. Most of the time they are on their phone during class. The cancellation process is ridiculous. They require a 60 day written cancellation notice. Otherwise, they lock you into another term. Speaking as someone who hasn't been in a gym in years and seems to be in a revolving door of physical therapy, I approached the gym with a lot of skepticism. What I appreciated was the small classes and a coach that's watching my form and can provide modifications since I can't do most of the exercises (yet). I joined F45 few weeks ago and I am loving the set of exercises catered for everyday. And the coaches are super friendly and correct us. Looking forward to attend more classes.
