Showed up for appointment (albeit a bit late due to traffic coming from work), I called them on the drive to confirm that it wouldn't be an issue to do the consultation and was advised that it shouldn't be a problem. Once I arrived, two of the coaches stood around, taking selfies, and joking around before asking if they could help me with anything. F45 is amazing!!!! The workouts are intense but well worth it. I can see the results. The coaches are amazing and make the workouts fun.
Great workouts for sure! Love the intensity and training! Would love to see more community engagement and building from this gym. Calendar in the main entrance is 5 months behind and the app never shows which coach is instructing.
