6 week challenge was fantastic. Loved the user friendly app for tracking meals, loved the in body scans and monitoring progress, loved the check ins with the trainer refining my plan. I have tried many different ways of exercising and I love the simplicity of workout classes. The energy in a group class is also extremely motivating and helpful to push through the last few reps. Joined the F45 Cross trails as a way to get myself off the couch and force myself to exercise. But it turned into a great experience and has me getting up and ready to go workout with very supportive and well knowledgeable coaches and a great group of people. Thank you Coaches JJ, Vaughn and Daniel!! I am going to keep my journey going to accomplish my goals that I created for myself.
A terrific experience! Great coaches, very knowledgeable, positive, and engaging. Super fun workouts with tons of variety and customizable to my specific goals. Seeing real results for the first time in a long time. Highly recommend giving F45 a try!
