Great first workout at F45! I’m not usually into HIIT or CrossFit style classes, but I liked the pace here and the screens made the stations easy to follow. Amber was so kind and attentive. She came by a few times to check my form and guide me, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a fun and welcoming experience. I’d definitely come back!
Bobby and the team are great. Even if we’re sharing 2-3 instructors depending on class size, it really does feel like I get a ton of individual attention making sure my form is correct. Doing moves for <1 minute per set makes the class breeze by so quickly. I love it here.
I did a trial at F45 in Costa Mesa for a week. I felt great and stronger every day. I was a newbie to weights, and Bobby was so knowledgeable about posture for each position. I Learned so much from him. I know with the trainers guidance, I will get stronger and better. I feel great going everyday!
My first time at this location and Bobby and his team were amazing and accommodating. I haven’t exercised in so long and Bobby helped me through all the exercises easing me into the routine. I’m excited to come back and train here! Thank you Bobby!
