I did a trial at F45 in Costa Mesa for a week. I felt great and stronger every day. I was a newbie to weights, and Bobby was so knowledgeable about posture for each position. I Learned so much from him. I know with the trainers guidance, I will get stronger and better. I feel great going everyday!
My first time at this location and Bobby and his team were amazing and accommodating. I haven’t exercised in so long and Bobby helped me through all the exercises easing me into the routine. I’m excited to come back and train here! Thank you Bobby!
F45 Training is an amazing space with a great atmosphere! The workouts are challenging yet fun, and the staff is incredibly supportive and motivating. They make sure everyone feels welcome and help you push yourself in the best way possible. The energy in the studio is fantastic, and it’s a great place to build strength and stay consistent with fitness. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dynamic and supportive workout environment!

I have been to multiple F45 locations and this by far is one of my favorites! The owner and the coaches are welcoming, helpful and motivating. I have attended multiple classes at this location and have enjoyed them all. The gym is located right off the freeway and there is plenty of parking. The gym is more spacious compared to some of the others in the area. Highly recommend trying out this location!
