This is such a fun gym and great community. The trainers are all really knowledgeable and helpful with correcting your form. It’s small classes so you get lots of personal attention. All the other members are really welcoming and it’s fun to work out in a group setting. Workouts are hard, but can be tailored to whatever level you’re at. I highly recommend!

I started with the trial classes and just finished my 25th workout this morning! The energy, encouragement, and sense of community at this studio is great. Clean gym. Coaches are involved and inspire and teach you both the exercises and about nutrition. Very good environment and energy !

F45 is getting me back to where I want to be. I just started and this is my second class so I have only experienced Coach Mike. I am a 22yr Army Vet and he is phenomenal. He is a great motivator and he actually checks to insure that you are doing the exercises correctly to keep you from injuring yourself. I am so excited to experience the other coaches and to see the results I'm going to get from all the work I put in. I would recommend this gym to anybody, beginner or experienced. Traci McDowell

Not a very good experience, we attempted to use the passport for the first time. The first instructor allowed us to work out just needed to sign a waiver. After the class we asked if we could come back, he said he would take care of us and allow us to attend a few more classes. The next day the owner pulled us aside and informed us it was a vacation destination, and they only allowed two passports per class. Since joining F45, I have seen nothing but positive influence and encouragement. The trainers are engaged and take time to understand each individual strengths and weakness. The owners are engaged and will actually take the time to know your name. For a group fitness gym it’s gone beyond my expectations and after a month it has been one of the best experiences in a gym! I highly recommend this to anyone looking to change or improve their fitness. I am absolutely having fun waking up and working out.

I was looking for a new gym and had ads from them saying come try a free trial. I go to the gym for my free trial and am told that its actually $10 for a trial which I happily agreed to. Then I got charged $20 for my "free trial." Then I was told that I had a limited amount of time to try the classes. The week that I went in turned out to be very chaotic because I had a back to school night and more than usual soccer games for my son so I couldn't make any of the classes that week.
