After countless times of walking by the F45 studio while at the mall and feeling intimated by the nature of what I was witnessing. I finally decided to walk in this past spring. I’ve been training at F45 Corte Madera for two months now, and it’s easily one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The coaches are awesome—super motivating, knowledgeable, and always checking in to make sure you’re moving well and pushing yourself safely. My favorite work out class!
Every workout at F45 is amazing! I really enjoy each class and I've seen a noticeable difference in how my body is toning. Also, the coaches are very supportive and they always have a great energy and motivation.
