Visited the gym on a passport while in town. Workout was laid out in the standard format, gym was clean, coach was very informative and friendly. Will definitely come back next time I’m in town!
Atrocious communication. Hope you don't have to talk to anyone from this gym about your account or billing, because it'll take 3 weeks to get a reply back.
Challenging but fun workouts, motivating coaches, and good vibes! I find weight training boring on my own but love the atmosphere of F45; you get a solid workout without having to plan it yourself! So glad we have this gym in Colorado Springs.
My experience at F45 has been fantastic. I have been everyday for two weeks and every time I go the team is motivating and helpful. Workouts are well planned, organized and effective. I highly recommend signing up and committing to getting and staying in shape. I look forward to the long term positive changes.
