The trainers are very helpful, understanding, and supportive. They give great assistance to get you through the workout.
Amazing gym!
After about a year of minimal to almost no working out due to moving & a job change - I found F45 Coconut Creek through Mindbody & Classpass. The staff are all extremely welcoming, the coaches are open & wanting to help you achieve your goals. I am a few classes in and I will definitely be transitioning into a full-time member here!
I recently visited F45 Coconut Creek studio while in town for a family trip, and had an awesome experience! I trained there three times overall and every session was great. Coach Sammy made me feel welcome right from the start with her positive and outgoing vibe. The next day, I did strength training with Coach Alejandro, who was super attentive, giving great advice and helping people correct their form, which I really appreciated.
