Hello guys. I was looking for a place that I really like to go every morning to build my body and my mind, and I'm so happy to find F45 in Coconut Creek. Everybody there try to help me when I need and make me feel comfortable to training and have fun. I completely recommend this place for you. I tried other gyms but they were always boring and without anyone to help me with my movement limitations, the time at F45 always helps me by making sure I can do the exercises without hurting myself. I'm loving it.
I had my class number 50 today. The equipment is clean and modern, and the location is fantastic. The best part is the staff, highly motivated. Will recommend to anyone looking for a quick and very productive workout.
