Awesom mix of classes , time flies and you get a great workout!!
My favorite gym in the area! I love the mixture of cardio/strength based workouts and the fact that the workout is always changing. The instructors are great and the f45 community is so fun and welcoming. Highly recommend!!
F45 in Clark has become my home away from home! I recently reached 1000 classes. I’m almost 57 years old and in the absolute best shape of my life. F45 is a full body workout in 45 minutes… you’re in and out, you don’t have to think, and every part of your body gets worked in a fun, inclusive, fast paced environment. I cannot recommend it enough. The trainers are all amazing and keep us motivated. DON’T WAIT ANOTHER DAY….JOIN!!!!
