I love this gym! Head coach Sarah, Coach Jennie, Coach Sammie, Coach Erin and everyone else are absolutely amazing!!! I am new to the state, and when I walked in everyone was so welcoming and just genuine people! I love working out at F45! I highly recommend attending this gym!
Love everything about this gym! 1. HITT workouts - just walk in and all stations are ready to go! 2. Group workout but everyone’s focused on themselves 3. Scheduled sessions - just book and add to your calendar 4. 45 minutes of intensity with great music and ever-changing variety of exercises and timing 5.
