Update: November 10, 2025 5 years later (almost 6) and still here. This is a great place to come and work out. While there are plenty of gyms in the area, it is unlikely you will find a place with the community that you will find here. People genuinely like one another and look forward to seeing each other. As for the workout, it is a great workout that will be 45 minutes. You are assigned a station at the start and then you rotate around the room, so there is no waiting on equipment.
