I am on my 10th workout, and already getting better at balance; losing weight, and sleeping better. This is an intense, blood pumping, full-body experience. You are encouraged to modify exercises as needed, but the coaches know just when you are sandbagging and will give you the push you need. Give it a try!
I love f45 center grove! The coaches are all so awesome and could not recommend them enough! You won’t regret joining!
