Switched from Orange Theory due to a policy change and I'm so glad I did! The workouts go by fast and pack a lot in. With mods it is manageable for people just getting back in to exercise but also challenging for people who are already fit. The owners are sincere in soliciting meaningful feedback not just guilting people into leaving 5 star reviews or nothing like some business do. I have been to many F45 locations as part of my travels. This is by far the best club I have been to. The facilities are immaculate, spacious, and so clean(!!!) The trainers are exceptional. They correct your form and really motivate you to perform your best. If I lived in the area I would be a regular here. Very impressed. The well stocked merch section is an added plus! A+ location! A must try!
