F45 ctown is the bomb great people and great coaches....
Joined F45 in Jan last year and haven't looked back. I haven't been this fit in almost a decade and that too with just 40-45 mins of input. The great support from coaches, mentors and even other members pushes you to keep showing up!
Since I started at f45 cambelltown I have increased my Strength. The coaches have been great and helped me with my performance. Thankyou f45 We have had a few changes since my last post and it has gotten better. The coaches are always pushing you to do better. Great workouts and an amazing community! The trainers are supportive, motivating, and always help with your form. The 45-minute sessions are challenging but fun. Highly recommend F45 Campbelltown!
